FAQ

Why Should I Power Wash my Home?

Power washing removes allergens and other harmful hazards. These include but are not limited to mold, mildew, algae, lichen, and moss. Not only do these ruin and deteriorate the surfaces they grow on, but they can also be risks for those with hypersensitivity or lung-related illnesses. Power washing also saves money as preventative maintenance for all exterior surfaces.

Why are Stains Only on One Side of the House?

The discoloration is often found on the side of the house that doesn't get much sun due to moisture from wet weather. Thus, bacteria and other particles grow in these areas.

Do I Need to be Home While You Power Wash?

No, you do not need to be home while we perform our pressure washing services. However, be sure to close all your windows and doors to prevent water from damaging the interior of your house. Of course, if you prefer to stay home and supervise our work, that is perfectly fine.

Why is Power Washing Gutters Important?

If left uncleaned, clogged, dirty gutters can lead to irreversible roof damage that can flood your home. Additionally, leaking water can make its way into your home's foundation and potentially freeze over. For those with gardens, there is a risk of overwatering if water spills over from the gutters, leading to flooding and other damage.

I am Selling my Home. Why is Power Washing Right for me?

Power washing gives homes a clean exterior, making a great first impression on prospective buyers. Adding to a sparkling clean look is the impression that a home is cared for, and that the owner is committed to maintaining it. For these reasons and many more, those putting homes up for sale should power wash first.
